Within her professional experience she has successfully led a number of commercial law and civil law disputes, including disputes on intellectual property protection and unfair competition. She has been also involved in a number of corporate and intellectual property projects. In the past, Lucie led the Project & Finance practice group of an international law firm. Martin has extensive experience in preparation of model contractual documentations which are used in thousands of transactions.
